Alvaro Palacios wine dinner at db Bistro

In collaboration with wine merchant eWineAsia.com, db Bistro at Marina Bay Sands will be hosting a wine dinner on Tuesday 31 October 2017 at 7.30pm featuring the wines of Alvaro Palacios and Bodegas Palacios Remondo.
For those who may not be too familiar, Bodegas Palacios Remondo hails from La Rioja and is known to make some of the more exciting wines from Spain using Garnacha and Tempranillo. Alvaro Palacios – as one of the nine sons of the owner of Bodegas Palacios Remondo – makes his wine in neighbouring Priorat and embodies what industry observers call the “New Spain” in winemaking. Wines included in this dinner are:
- Bodegas Palacios Remondo Placet Valtomelloso Rioja 2014
- Bodegas Palacios Remondo La Montessa Rioja 2014
- Bodegas Palacios Remondo La Vendimia Rioja 2015
- Alvaro Palacios Les Terrasses Priorat 2015
