Chang Sensory Trails 2017

Thailand’s iconic beer brand Chang will be organising the second Chang Sensory Trails in Singapore on Friday 7 July and Saturday 8 July 2017 from 4pm to 10.30pm at The Promontory in Marina Boulevard, a multi-sensorial playground to celebrate iconic Thai flavours.
Chang Sensory Trails makes a third stop of its global tour in Singapore – following a stop in London and then San Francisco earlier this year – and will present a unique culinary journey curated by renowned chef couple Chef ‘Bo’ Songvisava and Chef Dylan Jones of award-winning iconic Thai restaurant Bo.Lan. It features tantalising dishes from 12 of Singapore’s finest Thai restaurants, a reflection of Chef Bo’s and Chef Dylan’s fondest memories.
As a purveyor of extraordinary experiences and Thai creativity, Chang brings ‘the unexpected’ by introducing the world to a modern, refreshing take on Thai food, art and music. At Singapore’s edition of Chang Sensory Trails, visitors can look forward to invigorating beats by live bands, art installations as well as Chang Beer.
