This three-course wine lunch will see Marie-Christine Osselin, oenologist, winemaker and wine quality manager at French Champagne house Moët & Chandon, guide the tasting of the Champagnes that will accompany the French fare. Wines include:

- Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2008
- Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Rose 2008
