Piedmont wine dinner

As part of 1-Group’s Wine Lust Journeys series of wine events, Monti at 1-Pavilion will be collaborating with wine retailer Alfa Wines to host a wine dinner on Monday 28 August at 7pm featuring the wines of Piedmont’s Nino Franco and Cordero di Montezemolo.

The five-course wine pairing dinner will feature the world-renown prosecco of Nino Franco and the Barolos of Cordero di Montezemolo, alongside the waterfront restaurant’s modern Italian cuisine.
