The Wine Gallery launches online wine commerce platform eWineGallery.com

In yet another sign that e-commerce is gaining momentum in Singapore’s alcohol industry, wine retailer The Wine Gallery has launched online commerce platform eWineGallery.com to offer a wide range of premium wines that consumers can buy and have shipped directly to their doorsteps.

Boasting a comprehensive collection of over 600 wine labels in partnership with Moet Hennessy Diageo, Pernod Ricard Singapore, Beam Global Asia and Bacardi-Martini Singapore, eWineGallery.com carries premium red varietals from France and Italy to crisp whites from New Zealand and Australia, categorized according to wine type, country of origin, grape varietal and price (which currently ranges from S$24.00 to S$1,979.00).

eWineGallery.com promises speedy delivery too – orders placed before noon are targeted to arrive at the customer’s doorstep within the same day; an express delivery option where purchases can arrive within the next two hours at a $15 surcharge.

Bargain hunters will be glad to know that promotions are offered on the site throughout the year, such as Everyday Wines, where customers can purchase six selected labels of wines at a special price, as well as Bundle Deals and Launch Special deals.

“We created eWineGallery.com to make premium quality wines accessible online, and the website offers customers a unique wine-buying experience from the comfort of home,” says Francesca Liam, Marketing Manager of eWineGallery.com.

To celebrate the launch, eWineGallery.com is offering free delivery with no minimum purchase during the period of 15 to 29 July 2014. It will also be holding a Summer Wine Fair on 26 July, Saturday, at The Wine Gallery’s showroom located at 32 Kallang Place, with more than 80 labels for guests to sample and for purchase at up to 40% off on the day of the event.
