Today, the world will turn green as over 70 million people around the world celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. The event is marked across six continents with more than 13 million glasses of Guinness drunk in 150 countries around the world on that day alone.
Although we’re in the midst of cocktail week, surely we can take it upon ourselves to set aside some sobriety to raise, and tip back a pint of Guinness (what else?) – plus, there’s the St. Patrick’s Street Festival coming up on 20th March at Boat Quay and the adjacent Circular Road.
