Raffles Courtyard at Raffles Hotel Singapore has unveiled a selection of exquisite summery seasonal cocktails this quarter in collaboration with Tanqueray Gin.

Raffles Courtyard has always been a popular oasis and watering hole in the heart of Singapore’s busy civic district. But for cocktail lovers there’s now a new reason to visit: its latest tie-up with Tanqueray Gin sees the Raffles Hotel Singapore alfresco piazza bar introduce a seasonal cocktail menu featuring the Tanqueray gin range.

Cocktail hounds may know that Raffles Courtyard regularly ties up with different alcohol brands to introduce special quarterly cocktail menus; previous collaborations included those with Citadelle Gin, Four Pillars Gin and Código 1530 Tequila. Its newly unveiled seasonal menu in collaboration with Tanqueray sees Raffles Courtyard introduce an array of six specially curated cocktails that spotlights four award-winning expressions from the London-based gin brand, including the ultra-premium small-batch gin Tanqueray No TEN.

There are three cocktails created by Raffles Courtyard. There’s Raspberry Fizz, featuring zesty, fruity notes of Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla Gin elevated with elderflower syrup, fresh raspberry, orange juice, lime juice and soda for a tart and bubbly finish. For those who enjoy a Bloody Mary, Mary’s Breakfast is a summery twist made a tangy blend of Pimms No.1, Green Chartreuse, lemon juice, tonic water and a touch of Tabasco. Otherwise there’s Vinod Wallbanger, concocted with Tanqueray No TEN, Galliano Vanilla liqueur, Aperol, and lemon juice that comes with lingering notes of citrus and vanilla.

There are also three exclusive cocktails from Tanqueray.

T-10 Martini, Rangpur Negroni and Tanqueray Sevilla Spritz

Wash off the heat of the day with Tanqueray Sevilla Spritz, made with Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla Gin, sparkling wine, and soda water. Negroni lovers should opt for the Rangpur Negroni, concocted with Tanqueray Rangpur Lime Gin, Campari, and Mancino Rosso. And for something even more spirit forward? Go for the T-10 Martini, crafted with Tanqueray No.10 Gin and Dolin Dry Vermouth for a smooth, clean finish.

Make sure you complete your Raffles Courtyard experience by snacking from a selection of Southeast Asian bites that comes perfectly bundled with classic Tanqueray Gin and Tonic with the Emerald Bundle (S$48++), which comes as two glasses of Gin and Tonic along with a plate of succulent Spicy Tiger Prawns; or a Lush Bundle (S$56++), which includes two glasses of Gin and Tonic and The Raffles Platter, comprising of Raffles Courtyard’s delectable signatures of Singapore Chilli Crab Cakes, Vegetable Spring Rolls, and Spicy Tiger Prawns.

The Raffles Courtyard Tanqueray collaboration will be available daily from 3pm to 9pm from 15 March to 15 May 2023.
