The KOMYUNITI Non-Stop Buffet Lunch on Saturday is an all-you-can-eat-and-drink affair that offers cocktail pairings for different food stations.

We don’t often find ourselves at Orchard Road early enough for lunch during the weekends, but now there’s a new reason to. YOTEL Singapore’s flagship restaurant and bar KOMYUNITI recently dropped a new Saturday brunch affair that may just make a trip down to Singapore’s prime shopping stretch the coming weekend totally worthwhile.

Called the Non-Stop Buffet Lunch, it is a buffet of remarkable value at just S$99++ per person. This is an all-you-can-eat spread offering an extensive selection of dishes that foodies will appreciate, along with live music for entertainment.

Those who love their cold seafood can head over to the Ice Bar, where a spread of freshly shucked oysters, short neck clams, black Norwegian mussels, poached prawns, salmon and tuna sashimi, await. Or how about the Salad Corner, where you can build your own healthy salads or pick from prepared options such as potato salad and pasta salads.

Carnivores would appreciate the Carving Station, where you can avail yourself of slices of freshly-carved roast beef sirloin or hunks of crispy pork belly. Supplement your plate from the hot selection section, comprising of both Western and local favourites. Options here include braised lamb in red wine sauce, Hawaiian-style baked chicken, Sicilian-inspired red snapper, for example, or laksa and nasi lemak if you love your local favourites.

KOMYUNITI is well-known for its indulgent desserts, and you can stuff yourself silly at its Non-Stop Buffet Lunch on sweet treats such as éclairs, mini Belgian waffles, mini donuts, Portuguese egg tarts, ondeh ondeh cake, chocolate fondant, and more. There’s a cheese board, if that’s your preferred way to end off a meal.

But what truly sets the KOMYUNITI Non-Stop Buffet Lunch apart from most other weekend buffets? It comes with a free-flow beverage package offering not only wine, beer and house pours, but also an array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails specially curated by its head mixologist As’ad Isnin to complement the different food stations.

There’s Berry Good Berry Funny, an earthy and aromatic concoction made with cassis liqueur and vermouth that’s infused with fresh blueberries and mint, that is the recommended tipple to go with your freshly-carved meats, for example. To go with other hot food items? There’s KOMpliment, a gin sour made with a butterfly-pea gin, or Men’s Pink, a tequila highball with notes of grapefruit.

KOMYUNITI cocktails

For teetotallers, there’s a range of non-alcoholic placebo cocktails for your tippling pleasure too. Try the Cracked Maison Jar, a placebo cocktail made with a non-alcoholic aperitif, rosemary, strawberry shrub, ohba leaf, and topped up spiced ginger beer. KOMYUNITI recommends this with your cheeses, but it will work with your salad and desserts as well.

The KOMYUNITI Non-Stop Buffet Lunch comes at S$99++ per person, and is available every Saturday from 12.30pm to 3pm. A food-only option available for S$59++ per person.
