If you’ve ever had the opportunity to sink your teeth into the juicy slow-roasted prime rib at iconic London steakhouse Hawksmoor, lucky you. I have, and it was a transcendental Sunday Roast experience.

But if you haven’t, I have good news for you. The highly celebrated British steak institution will be dropping into Singapore for a four-day, four-hands dinner collaboration at long-standing Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse, running from 24 to 27 June 2024.

Held as part of the Rare Tour – a travelling dining series that bring chefs of the world’s best steak restaurants around the globe – this culinary tie-up between Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse and Hawksmoor combines two lauded European steak traditions in one exclusive meat-centric tasting menu featuring signatures from the two restaurants, both of which have been named on World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants in 2024.

Priced at S$215++ per person, the four-course menu showcases Hawksmoor classics executed by Executive Chef Matt Brown such as Dry-Aged Grass-Fed Prime Rib of Beef with Anchovy Hollandaise, Ox Cheek Pudding & Bone Marrow Gravy, Beef Dripping Fried Chips, Slow Cooked Pork Belly Ribs & Vinegar Slaw, and Sticky Toffee Pudding & Clotted Cream. A shame though that Hawksmoor’s vaunted Yorkshire puddings are not on the menu.

From Bistecca? You’re looking at Stracciatella & Prosciutto Bruschetta with Fig Jam, Seared Scallops with Mint Salsa Verde, Tomato Puree & Artichoke, Bistecca’s Signature F1 Wagyu Steak, and their Classic Tiramisu.

A wine-pairing option is available for those who need to wash their meat down with some vino.

Hawksmoor is a beloved London steakhouse instutition.
