Food Japan, ASEAN’s top Japanese F&B exhibition, is back for its 12th edition and will take place 24 to 26 October 2024 at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Food Japan – ASEAN’s largest annual trade showcase of Japanese products, services and technology for the F&B sector – makes a return this October. Running 24 to 26 October 2024 at Hall 403 of Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, this latest edition will see the event feature 194 exhibitors from 37 Japanese prefectures.

Trade professionals in Singapore’s F&B industry can expect to see many dedicated pavilions such as Tokyo, Himeji City, Onojo City, Sake and Spirits, Sake of Ehime, Processed Meat, and Dairy Products, offering a comprehensive display of Japan’s diverse food and beverage industry such as quality seasonal produce and unique prefecture specialties, innovative technology and machinery, and more.

Some key product highlights this year include regional specialities such as strawberries from Aichi, Omi beef, Hokkaido beef, and Ibaraki sweet potatoes. For those keen to explore sake, there will be a dedicated ‘Sake and Spirits of Japan’ pavilion, as well as another spotlighting the sakes of Ehime.

Other popular product categories showcased in previous years included agricultural products, agro-innovation, alcoholic drinks, confectionery, dessert and snacks, food manufacturing, Japanese tea, kitchen instruments & cookware, processed food, and seafood. For Food Japan 2024, visitors can explore even more categories, including health-conscious options, plant-based alternatives, and eco-friendly packaging, reflecting global trends in sustainability and consumer well-being.

Interactive displays, tastings, and the latest in food technology will also be part of the experience.
