A Spanish Passion: Mountain Viticulture

New Ubin Seafood at CHIJMES will be hosting “A Spanish Passion: Mountain Viticulture”, a wine dinner on Thursday 23 May at 7.30pm featuring the wines of Cérvoles Cellar and Cara Nord.

Part of New Ubin Seafood’s series of monthly wine dinner events, “A Spanish Passion: Mountain Viticulture” looks to the montañoso regions along the north-eastern coast of Spain, specifically at DO Costers del Segre, with wines from Cérvoles Cellar and Cara Nord pairing with its Singaporean tzechar eats. Brand ambassador Ruud Karsdorp will be on hand to guide the tasting of the wines.
