Amelia Park wine dinner at Stellar at 1-Altitude

Stellar at 1-Altitude will be hosting an exclusive Amelia Park wine dinner on Wednesday 25 August 2021 as part of 1-Group’s annual wine extravaganza Wine Lust this year.

In collaboration with wine merchant Grand Vin, fine-dining modern Australian restaurant Stellar at 1-Altitude will be hosting a special Amelia Park wine dinner featuring the wines of the Margaret River, Western Australia-based producer.

Amelia Park’s Southeast Asia representative Jannik E. von Freiesleben will take diners through their range of high quality wines that will be paired with a six-course menu showcasing the quintessential, progressive Australian cooking that has been synonymous with Stellar.
