To commemorate the launch of Yamazaki 55 in Singapore, Suntory is hosting a one-night only four-hands whisky-pairing dinner by Odette and Shinji by Kanesaka.
Considered the world’s oldest Japanese whisky, the Yamazaki 55 will be officially launched in Singapore at an exclusive four-hands dinner on Thursday 2 December 2021 featuring the the cuisines of Odette and Shinji by Kanesaka.
Chef Julien Royer of 3 Michelin-starred Odette and Chef Ishi of 1 Michelin-starred Shinji by Kanaseka will work together on a transcendent 8-course whisky pairing menu featuring the full flight of Yamazaki’s best. Yamazaki expressions for this exclusive dinner include the Yamazaki Distiller’s Reserve, 12 Year Old, 18 Year Old, 25 Year Old, as well as the star attraction, the Yamazaki 55.
The dinner is priced at $7688 per person. Be among the very few to taste the coveted 55-year old whisky of which only four bottles are available in Singapore; each guest will have the privilege to taste 15ml of this limited-edition whisky.
