Barbadillo sherry wine dinner at Binomio

Spanish restaurant Binomio will be hosting a wine dinner on Thursday 17 November at 7pm featuring the sherry wines of Castile-Leon, Salamanca-based Spanish bodega Barbadillo.
Tim Holt, winery representative of Barbadillo, will take participants through a unique sherry wine dinner. Immerse in a short masterclass prior to the six-course pairing dinner, and learn more about the sherries from Barbadillo.
