boCHINCHE Cuatro Manos organic wine dinner

Held in conjunction with Vivent Les Vins Libres Singapore 2019, Argentinean restaurant boCHINCHE will be hosting a Cuatro Manos wine dinner on Saturday 13 April 2019 from 6.30pm featuring the natural wine of Cuatro Manos.

Cuatro Manos is owned and operated by Vincent Wallard, who spent six years making organic wine in Argentina but later moved to Anjou-Saumur in France’s winemaking region of Loire to continue making his brand of organic wine. If you’re wondering about the name Cuatro Manos, or “4 hands” in Spanish, it refers to Wallard working with natural wine doyen Emile Heredia in Cuatro Manos’ earlier days. Wallard will be on hand at this wine dinner to share about his Argentinian-style Malbec-based wines.
