Bodegas Mauro & San Román x BAM! wine dinner

In collaboration with Wine Studio, BAM! tapas sake bar will be hosting a wine dinner on Monday 22 May 2017 from 8pm to 11pm featuring the wines of Bodegas Mauro & San Román.

Discover the exciting offerings of Spain’s hottest wine regions in a wine dinner hosted by Bodegas Mauro & San Román’s export manager Alicia Merino de Diego. The wineries share a prodigious background, being founded by the former chief winemaker at Vega Sicilia and Spanish winemaking icon Mariano Garcia.

Savour a stunning selection of new releases from the Ribera del Duero and Toro region, paired with four exquisite courses by Executive Chef Pepe Moncayo that showcase some of the finest seasonal produce. Highlights include Duck Dumplings in a foie gras broth, with water chestnut, enoki and red meat radish; and a plump Toretama Egg that sits atop a bed of acquerello rice, chorizo, rabelais tomatoes and hanaho.
