Boilermaker Night at Meatliquor SIN

In partnership with City Nomads, The Minute List will be organising ‘Boilermaker Night’ on Thursday 14th July 2016 from 8pm at Meatliquor SIN to celebrate the hot ‘boilermaker’ trend that’s happening in London, New York and Sydney to Singapore, in association with Monkey Shoulder and Eastern Craft Trading.

The Boilermaker legacy began from blue-collar Americans slinging back a pint of beer with a shot of whisky after a hard day’s work in the steel factory. Through the years, the ‘Boilermaker’ serve has since revolutionised into cocktails that still is reminiscent of its roots with the addition of creativity from new age bartenders.

Tickets cost $30 at the door, and include four of the cocktails that are being created on the night by Singapore’s leading bartenders. Guests will have a chance to vote for the best one, alongside the biggest movers and shakers in the city’s cocktail scene.

For this event, MEATliquor SIN will be serving a full food menu until 12am.
