Bruichladdich + The Cheese Ark Tasting at La Maison Du Whisky

La Maison du Whisky will be hosting a whisky and cheese pairing event on Wednesday 31 January 2018 from 7pm to 9pm featuring the whiskies of Islay-based Bruichladdich and cheeses from specialty cheese purveyor The Cheese Ark.
This event will see Bruichladdich and The Cheese Ark join forces to present a truly exceptional whisky and cheese pairing featuring the core expressions of the distillery’s authentic Islay whisky and real, authentic, ancient cheeses sourced from villages across Europe.
Bruichladdich’s regional brand ambassador and Islay native, Chloe Wood, and the passionate founder of The Cheese Ark, Syu Ai Ming, will take participants on an exploration and discovery of craftsmanship through unexpected and explosive flavour combinations.
The tasting will include these Bruichladdich expressions:

- Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2010
- Port Charlotte Scottish Barley
- Octomore 10 Year Old
