Bruichladdich Whisky & Chocolate Pairing Event

Progressive Hebridean Distillers Bruichladdich Distillery is collaborating with Singaporean small batch chocolatier Demochoco for a whisky and chocolate pairing event at Temple Cellars on Wednesday 14 February 2018 from 7pm to 9pm.
This event will see various Bruichladdich whiskies – including the peated Port Charlotte and heavily peated Octomore expressions – paired with familiar yet unexpected flavours in Demochoco’s handmade truffles.
The pairing menu is as follows:
- Bruichladdich Classic Laddie Unpeated Single Malt x Laksa Truffle
- Islay Barley 2010 Unpeated Single Malt x Salted Egg & Cereal Truffle
- Port Charlotte Heavily Peated Single Malt x Oko Caribe 72% Truffle
- Octomore 7.1 Super Heavily Peated Single Malt x Black Sesame Truffle
