Brunch & Punch at Smoke & Mirrors

Cocktail bar Smoke & Mirrors will be collaborating with Mitzo and Hendrick’s Gin for a cocktail brunch on Saturday 18 June 2016 from 12pm to 4pm featuring a variety of gin punches to pair with modern Cantonese food from Mitzo.

Special Hendrick’s Gin punches include the King Anuman, a refreshing concoction of Hendrick’s Gin, basil and lemongrass vermouth, peppermint tea and prosecco, with the fragrance of the punch elevated with kaffir lime succuram. Then there’s the Raise Your Pinkie, an invigorating mix of Hendrick’s Gin, beetroot tea, campari and borage syrup that’s served in a dainty tea pot. In addition, Smoke & Mirrors will be offering free-flow prosecco, house wines and draught beers throughout the brunch in addition to the gin punches.

Brunch fare includes the likes of Peking Duck at the live station, Braised Duo Vermicelli with Crabmeat, a variety of dim sum such as Mitzo’s signature Barbecued Pork and Golden Fried Soft Shell Crab with Curry Floss.
