Cecchi wine dinner at Prego

The Italian Wine Club will be organising a Cecchi wine dinner on Wednesday 8 March 2017 from 6.30pm to 9.30pm at Italian restaurant Prego in Fairmont Singapore featuring the wines of wineries owned by the prestigious Cecchi family from the Chianti Classico region of Tuscany, Italy.
Villa Cerna and Val delle Rose belong to the Cecchi family who have made them small model wineries, managed with thoughtfulness and professionalism. The history of Villa Cerna took root long ago in the Middle Ages, first mentioned in a document dated 4th February 1001, while Val delle Rose is a recently established boutique winery on the seacoast of Tuscany.
The wines will be complemented by a 5-course pairing dinner by Prego’s Chef di Cuisine Antonio Fachnetti. Special guest Andrew Gardiner, export manager for Cecchi, will be present to guide the wine dinner.
