Modern Chinese restaurant VLV will be hosting a wine dinner on Tuesday 6 June 2017 at 7pm featuring the wines of Piemonte, Italy-based Ceretto.
Ceretto is regarded as a top producer of Barolo and Barbaresco wines made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Piedmont region of Italy, and for this wine dinner their highly-acclaimed wines will feature alongside a 6-course wine pairing menu from VLV’s executive chef Martin Foo.
This wine dinner will also see Ceretto’s David Fletcher – the accomplished Australian-born winemaker works closely with Alessandro Ceretto the lead winemaker and son of owner Marcello Ceretto to craft Ceretto’s wines of today – on hand to guide the pairings.
