A Champagne Odyssey with Peter Liem

Natural wine bar Le Bon Funk will be hosting a one-night only champagne tasting on Thursday 17 May 2018 from 6pm to 8pm presented by Artisan Cellars featuring award-winning American author and wine critic Peter Liem.

Peter Liem is one of the foremost experts on Champagne, and his book “Champagne: The Essential Guide to the Wines, Producers, and Terroirs of the Iconic Region” landed him as the winner of a 2018 James Beard Foundation award. For this event, Peter has selected two special cuvées each from three of his favourite grower-producers, providing an interesting opportunity to compare and contrast between terroirs, producers, and their cuvées.
