Wine Exchange Asia will be hosting a wine dinner at fusion modern European and gourmet Indonesian restaurant Table At 7 on Thursday 18 August at 7.30pm featuring the wines of Australian winemaker Chris Ringland.
The name of Chris Ringland is most synonymous with Australian Shiraz, and this wine dinner will feature the structure, boldness and finesse of some of the finest Shiraz to come out of Barossa Valley in South Australia. The wines will be paired with the double cuisine of Table at 7, with executive chef Eugenia Ong’s high-end Indonesian and co-executive chef Karl Dobler’s modern European fare.
