CIN CIN gin masterclass

Oasia Hotel Downtown gin bar CIN CIN will be hosting a gin masterclass on Saturday 27 April 2019 at 4pm to 8pm that will include free-flow gin and tonics.

For this masterclass, head bartender Fadly Sujebto will lead participants for one hour in deep-diving into the long and fascinating history of gin. Fadly – who’s good at pairing food with gins – will also explain the techniques and exotic botanicals used in gin production and understand how these affect the flavour and quality of gin.

Following the masterclass will be three hours of free-flow gin and tonics where you can choose from 25 gins across different styles and provenance – such as Melbourne Gin Company from Australia, England’s Bulldog Gin, and Singapore’s own Tanglin Gin – to build your G&Ts.
