To celebrate the 30th anniversary celebrations of Swissotel The Stamford and Fairmont Singapore, Equinox will be presenting the highly-anticipated Dom Pérignon Platinum Brunch on Sunday 19 June 2016 from 11am to 3pm that will see Equinox Chef de Cuisine Paul Hallett and his culinary team prepare a spectacular buffet spread accompanied with free flow Dom Pérignon champagne, cocktails, wines, spirits and beers.
The luxurious food spread – including an entire of fresh succulent seafood such as Boston lobster, three kinds of oysters, and fresh sashimi, a “Burrata Bar”, a Kaviari caviar bar, an Iberico ham station and more – will be accompanied by free flow of Dom Pérignon, the prestigious vintage Champagne brand produced by Moët & Chandon.
Oenophiles may also be interested in the brunch where the individual private dining rooms in Equinox will also be converted into a sensory experience with live stations themed around the wine characteristics of sensuality, minerality, complexity and texture.
For cocktail hunters, Bacardi Legacy Singapore 2016 champion Bannie Kang of Anti:Dote will also be on site concocting her signature cocktails.
Diners are also entered into a luck dray where one lucky winner will walk away with a trip to Dom Pérignon Maison in Champagne, France inclusive of flights and accommodation, worth $10,000.
