Bay-side seafood bar and grill The Pelican will be hosting Dram & Dine, an exclusive five course whisky dinner featuring the Speyside whiskies of BenRiach and GlenDronach, on Thursday 26 September 2019.
This gastronomic whisky journey will showcase the enigmatically smoky allure of BenRiach and the richly sweet GlenDronach whiskies that come paired with various dishes. Whiskies poured at this dinner are:
Stuart Fear, accredited Whisky Ambassador and Asia Regional Ambassador for GlenDronach, BenRiach and Glenglassaugh, will be on hand to guide diners through the tasting of the whiskies even as he lets you in on the stories and secrets of whisky-making in Scotland.
These will be paired with delectable creations including the premium Boneless TE MANA LAMB Ribs (the “wagyu” of lamb), Barramundi Ceviche, Burnt Butter Prawns, Woodfire Grilled Striploin, with the classic Chocolate Tart to round up the meal.
This Dram & Dine whisky dinner at The Pelican costs S$98++ per person (10% off early bird special discount for reservations confirmed before 18 September 2019).
