Elderton wine dinner at Boomerang

Wine Exchange Asia will be hosting a wine dinner at casual Australian restaurant Boomarang Bistro & Bar (Boat Quay branch) on Tuesday 28 July July 2016 at 7.30pm featuring the wines of Elderton Wines from Australia’s Barossa Valley.
A super premium producer from Barossa Valley in South Australia, Elderton Wines is situated at the heart of the township of Nuriootpa, surrounded by extremely old Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon vines that was first planted in 1894 by early German settlers. In 1979 the Ashmead family took over the property, and three years of restoring the property with its 72 acres of vines later Elderton Wines was formally reborn.
As part of this wine dinner, a vertical flight comprising of Elderton Wines’ premium Command series of Shiraz expressions will be paired with the modern Australian cuisine from Boomarang. Wines featured include:
