Epicurean Journey of Italian Gastronomy wine dinner at LaBrezza

Michelin-starred chef Enrico Gerli (pictured) of Milan, Italy’s Ristorante I Castagni will be guest helming the kitchen at The St Regis Singapore‘s LaBrezza on Tuesday 14 April, 2015, where he will be preparing his signature take on Italian classics which will be paired with some of the finest Italian wines.

Wines featured at the dinner, which costs S$138++ per person, include Adriano Barbaresco Basarin docg 2010, Villa Mongalli Trebbiano Spoletino 2011 and Val delle Rose Morellino di Scansano docg 2012.
