Online wine retail site WineFamily will be hosting a wine dinner at Alma in Goodwood Park Hotel on Thursday 16 June from 7-9pm featuring the wines of Chapel Hill from McLaren Vale in South Australia.
The wines of Chapel Hill will be paired with Spanish-style tapas prepared by Alma’s Chef de Cuisine Christophe Lerouy. Winemaker Michael Fragos of Chapel Hill will be present to showcase his wines, which include:
- Chapel Hill Chardonnay 2015
- Chosen Gorge Block Cabernet Sauvignon 2012
- Chosen Road Block Shiraz 2012
- McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon 2012
- Parsons Nose Shiraz 2014
