Food Japan 2016

Previously known as Oishii Japan, Food Japan is ASEAN’s largest dedicated annual showcase of Japanese products and services for the F&B industry in Singapore. This year it will be back again for its fifth edition, and will be held on 27-29 October at Suntec City Convention & Exhibition Centre in Hall 401 and 402.

Organised by OJ Events, the three-day food trade exhibition will showcase over 1,000 items from 300 exhibitors representing some 40 Japanese prefectures. This will include a range of Japanese alcoholic products such as beer, cider, sake, shochu, awamori as well as various liqueurs.

Products to note include the Hachinohe Syurui Hachitsuru Junmai Ginjo Muroka Nama and Meirishurui  Fuku-shogun Junmai Ginjo Yamada-nishiki sake, as well as the Nomura Golden Plum Wine from Nomura Brewery in Ibaraki.

Food Japan 2016 is open to trade only on 27 and 28 October (at a fee of $20 per person), and open to the public on 29 October (at a fee of $4 per person).
