The French Cellar and The Oyster Cart is partnering for a special French wine and oyster pairing event on Wednesday 8 July, 7-9pm at Three Bistro.
Taste five different wines from The French Cellar’s “Vineyard Gems” selection, each from a different French win-growing region, that has been handpicked by Nicolas Rebut, their 3-star Michelin sommelier.
Like wine, oysters produced in different regions have their own unique taste, appearance, colour and flavour. Today, there are at least two hundred unique oyster appellations in the world each producing oysters with a distinct and often dazzling flavour.
For $59 nett, you get to try 5 wines, 4 different oysters from The Oyster Cart as well as canapés from Three Bistro. You also get to learn more about wine tasting with a sommelier’s tasting guide and the Aroma Kit “Le Nez du Vin” to train your nose and discover the aromas in wines.
