The French Cellar will be hosting a French wine appreciation event with exclusive wines selected by their 3-star Michelin sommelier Nicolas Rebut, to be held on Thursday 25 February 2016 from 7pm at The Mad Poet Gastrobar.
The session will employ sommelier Nicolas Rebut’s tasting guide and the Aroma Kit “Le Nez du Vin” to train the nose to discover wine aromas. Taste 5 different exclusive French wines as part of their “Vineyard Gems” collection, along with 5 oysters from The Oyster Cart as well as canapes from The Mad Poet Gastrobar.
