Sicilian restaurant Gattopardo Ristorante di Mare, in collaboration with Cellarmaster Wines, will be hosting a wine brunch on Sunday 8 January 2017 at 12 noon that will feature the highly-regarded wines of prestigious Toscana, Italy-based winery Frescobaldi.
This six-course wine-pairing brunch will see Frescobaldi wines – ranging from a Chianti to a Vin Santo – paired with signature Sicilian dishes from the kitchen of Gattopardo chef Lino Sauro. The wine brunch will see Frescobaldi’s Marchese Leonardo de Frescobaldi present to showcase his wines and explain the sustainable farming and winemaking techniques employed by their winery.
