For this masterclass, head bartender Fadly Sujebto will lead participants for one hour in deep-diving into the long and fascinating history of gin. Fadly – who’s good at pairing food with gins – will also explain the techniques and exotic botanicals used in gin production and understand how these affect the flavour and quality of gin.
Following the masterclass will be three hours of free-flow gin and tonics where you get to concoct your very own gin and tonics, using 25 exquisite gin selection in various styles such as Modern, Aged and Navy Strength, and origins including England, Cambodia, Australia, Finland, Singapore and more as well as a range of artisanal tonic water.
