French bistro Ginett Singapore at Hotel G is partnering Bacardi-Martini for a special cocktail pairing dinner on Tuesday 24 September 2019 featuring several whisky-based cocktails.
Ginett Singapore at Hotel G has always been one of our favourite watering holes, and there’s yet another reason to visit on Tuesday 24 September 2019 when it will host an exclusive whisky cocktail dinner. In collaboration with Bacardi Martini, it’s put together a special four-course menu that will see its classic French bistro fare paired with a number of whisky-based cocktails made with whiskies from Bacardi-Martini’s portfolio such as Aultmore, Aberfeldy, Craigellachie, and Dewar’s concocted by Bacardi-Martini brand ambassador Mike Cheong.
For this Ginett cocktail pairing dinner, diners can expect to start with a cured salmon frisse salad that’s complemented by a refreshingly minty Foggy Mint Julep (made with Aultmore 12YO), followed by foie gras and pain d’epices mille feuille paired with The Golden Dram, a twist on the Old Fashioned made using Aberfeldy 12YO.
The pièce de résistance of the night will be a 28-day whiskey-aged prime rib accompanied by Matchstick Sazerac, a twist on the classic that replaces the usual rye whiskey with Craigellachie 13YO. End the night with a molten chocolate cake that you wash down with a Dewar’s Highball featuring the Dewar’s 15YO.
