Hakugakusen sake dinner at Jam at Siri House

Jam at Siri House in Dempsey will be hosting a Hakugakusen sake dinner on Saturday 3 August 2019 featuring the sakes of the Fukui Prefecture-based sake brewery.
Jam at Siri House, the bar restaurant component of the Thai luxury property developer Sansiri’s lifestyle marketing space in Dempsey, will be hosting its first ever sake dinner. This five-course dinner will be hosted by Takeshi Yasumoto, chief brewer of Yasumoto Shuzo and 47th generation of the Yasumoto family that’s behind the Hakugakusen (白岳仙) brand of sake.
Sakes to be tasted during the dinner include:
- Hakugakusen Slightly Sparkling Junmai Daiginjo
- Hakugakusen Hiyaorosi Tokubetsu Junmai
- Hakugakusen Wine Cell Junmai Ginjo
- Hakugakusen Okuetsu Gohyaku Mangoku Junmai Ginjo
- Hakugakusen Tokusen Junmai Daiginjo
Jam at Siri House’s head bartender Kavinn Raj will also be featuring his sake-based cocktail Eastern Promises as a pairing for the evening’s dessert. The full food and sake pairing menu is given below.
