Hawaii Luau @ Shangri-La Singapore

Fancy a little bit of a Polynesian weekend? Have yourself a little Hawaiian Luau at Shangri-La with a buffet spread of Hawaiian culture and heritage at The Pavilion at the Shangri-La.

Featuring award-winning musicians Jeff Peterson and Nathan Aweau along with Capella Williams and former Miss Hawaiian Islands 2010 runner-up, Pomaikai Klein, who will captivate you with hula performances.

You can also expect an exciting buffet spread of Hawaiian fare, featuring the likes of Ahi “Minute Poke”, Hoisin Glazed Pork Ribs with Guava and Apple Sauce, Grilled Lobster with Citrus Luau Sauce, Hawaiian Cioppino and Lemongrass Bread with Rouille, Kahuku Prawns with Red Onion Butter and Somen Noodles, just to name a few.

We haven’t forgotten about the drinks, of course. Stephan Levan, the former bar manager from Honi Honi, Hong Kong, one of the best Tiki bars in South East Asia, will be on hand to whip up three special Hawaiian cocktails for you. This includes the Kamehameha, Kahakai and also the Libertad, which was a top 8 finalist cocktail of Barcadi Legacy, bartender’s competition in 2017.

Priced at S$158++ per adult and S$58++ per child (6-11 years old), the buffet dinner and Sunday brunch will include two tokens for Hawaiian cocktails.
