of Hennessy’s art of selection, and for this six-course paired modern Chinese dinner (full menu here) Margaux Brengel, Regional Ambassador for Estates and Wines at Moët Hennessy will be on hand to explain more about the cognac with guests. The dinner will also feature the Krug Grand Cuvée and Malbec-based Cheval des Andes 2013.
