Hidden Terroirs of Tuscany and Umbria wine dinner

A wine and food pairing dinner that features various Italian wines from the Tuscany and Umbria regions, paired with a menu designed by Table at 7 chef-owners Karl Dobler and Eugenia Ong.

Wine tasting will be guided by Italian wine journalist Riccardo Gabriele, the editor of online wine journal Corriere del Vino.

Amuse Bouche 

• Vermentino – Terenzuola
Char Grilled Prawn and Squid, Black Shrimp Sambal, Kaffir Lime and Rocket

• Merlot Casa Nocera – Pagani de Marchi
Homemade Tagliatelle with Forest Mushrooms, Parmesan, Crispy Serrano Ham

• Saragio – Valdonica
Pan Seared Jumbo Quail with 5 Spice Reduction, Roasted Pine Nuts and Baby Spinach

• Poggio ai Chiari – Colle Santa Mustiola
Tender Slow Cooked Wagyu Oxtail in Semur Spices, Double Stamed Yellow Ginger Rice, Glazed Root Vegetables

• Sagrantino – Cantina Pardi
Blue Cheese and Cabernet Tart, Walnut Crumble and Roasted Grapes

Coffee or Tea and Hand-Rolled Chocolate Truffles
