As part of the 50th anniversary celebrations for the Margaret River wine region, the Margaret River Wine Association and the South West Development Commission of Western Australia will be organising a wine dinner at Salt Grill & Sky Bar on Wednesday 30 August 2017 at 7pm.
This degustation dinner will offer guests 11 award-winning Margaret River wines presented by the winemakers and Singapore’s Certified Wine Educator & Certified Wine Judge Lim Hwee Peng CWE, FWS who will guide the wine tasting along with a five course meal specially created with Australian and local produce to go with the wines.
