As part of Margaret River on Tour, French restaurant Gunther’s will be hosting a special four-hands wine dinner on Tuesday 9 October 2018 from 7pm to 10.30pm featuring an array of 10 iconic Margaret River Chardonnays.
Start the evening with Margaret River Blanc de Blancs sparkling before enjoying a decadent 7-course degustation crafted by visiting local Chef Tony Howell (of Cape Lodge) and resident chef Gunther Hubrechsen.
Accompanying the food will be a special Chardonnay tasting journey, with current and museum vintages being poured by five leading wineries of the Margaret River Region, including Flametree Wines, Vasse Felix, Xanadu, Woodlands and Pierro.
