Martell presents a multi-sensorial gastronomy experience at this year’s SAVOUR.
Experience a multi-sensorial gastronomy exploration with Martell cognacs from 12 – 15 May 2016 at The Promontory @ Marina Bay, and tantalise your tastebuds with the Martell cognac pairing menu prepared by chefs from Bo Innovation, led by renowned “Demon Chef” Alvin Leung. Martell will also be presenting tasting sessions over the four days.
To celebrate the rising culinary talents in Singapore, Martell will be searching for the next Martell Ambassador Chef at SAVOUR. The chef who whips up the best Martell pairing menu will win a 2-week apprenticeship in Cognac, France at Martell Chateau de Chanteloup with Martell Resident Chef Eric Danger as well as a cash prize of S$10,000.
