Mitzo x Hine Cognac five-course dinner

For one night only, Mitzo will be hosting Mitzo x Hine Cognac, a five-course dinner on Friday 2 August March 2019 paired with a range of cognac from Hine.

Contemporary Mitzo Restaurant & Bar in Grand Park Orchard will be teaming up with Hine Cognac to present a special five-course dinner. This cognac pairing dinner will be hosted by Hine’s Brand Ambassador and APAC Business Manager Mathieu Jennin, who will guide the cognac tasting.

Cognacs to be tasted are:

• Hine Homage XO Grande Champagne
• Hine Rare VSOP Fine Champagne
• Hine Antique XO Fine Champagne
• Hine Cigar Reserve XO Cognac

The dinner will also start with Champagne Cattier Brut Icône as a pre-dinner drink, as well as a cocktail specially concocted by Mitzo’s head bartender Azlam Kadir has specially concocted a cocktail for this dinner called the H-Incognito, made with H by Hine Cognac, a mix of sloe gin, chocolate bitters, preserved mandarin peel cordial with fresh lemon and blackberries.

Mitzo’s Executive Chef Nicky Ng has specially curated dishes to go along the refined cognacs. The full food and cognac pairing menu is given below.
