Nadodi x Lerouy – for one night only, contemporary French restaurant Lerouy will be hosting Chef Sricharan Venkatesh, Chef de Cuisine of Kuala Lumpur’s Nadodi on Wednesday 10 July 2019 at 7pm for a four-hands collaboration dinner.

Chef Sricharan Venkatesh of Nadodi – a progressive South Indian fine dining restaurant in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – will be working with Chef Christophe Lerouy of Lerouy to bring an imaginative take to their two respective cuisines.

The innovative 6-course dinner experience is an artful expression of both chefs’ distinctive philosophies, drawing on travel memories and taking diners on an inspiring journey through the South Indian landscape to the French countryside. Nadodi’s robust South Indian flavours are juxtaposed against Lerouy’s delicate French cooking, while exploring unexpected cultural crossovers.

Chef Sricharan will present signatures such as Vadouvan Lobster, working with bold South Indian spices including vadouvan – a French derivative of a curry mix from the old French colony of Pondicherry – that plays with and draws back to Chef Lerouy’s cuisine.
