Nikka 2016 masterclass

In collaboration with alcohol distributor MayBev, whisky retailer Iki Shouten will be conducting a whisky masterclass on Thursday 28 April 2016 from 8.30pm at The Belljar featuring Nikka’s latest season of expressions, including the Yoichi Single Malt, Miyagikyo Single Malt and The Nikka 12 Years.
The masterclass will be a comprehensive session covering the history and inner workings of Nikka’s Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries, key releases through the decades, and a guided tasting of the 2016 series.
The session will cost $28 per person, and will include the guided whisky tasting of a flight of 3 whiskies, an information booklet and a $15 credit towards a first bottle purchase.
In addition, from Monday 25th April to Sunday 1st May The Belljar will also run a promotion on custom Nikka whisky-based cocktails at $16++ each, as well as a flight of 6 Nikka whiskies at $48 (From the Barrel, Yoichi Single Malt, Miyagikyo Single Malt, Nikka Sweet & Sherry Distillery Special, Nikka Coffey Malt, The Nikka 12 Years).
