Singapore’s newest whisky bar The ExciseMan will be hosting a special one-night only guest bartending shift by Taiwanese bartender Pei Liu of Taipei’s Closet Restaurant & Bar (Closet 衣橱餐酒) on Tuesday 4 December 2018 from 7pm to 11pm that will feature cocktails made with premium blended malt whiskies from independent bottler Douglas Laing.
Pei Liu will be making 4 cocktails using the five Remarkable Regional Malts by Douglas Laing – The Epicurean, Timorous Beastie, Scallywag, Rock Oyster, and Big Peat. Each of the four cocktails – Punch, Velvet, Oystertini and Bright – will go for just $16++ per cocktail.
