Operation Dagger x Cerana Honey

Whimsical cocktail bar Operation Dagger will be collaborating with Cerana Honey on Monday 26 February 2018 from 6.30pm to 9.30pm for an exclusive one-day only four-course tasting menu.

Cerana Honey sources its honey from a bee farm in Thailand, and Operation Dagger will fuses its signature innovative approach towards cocktail making with Cerana Honey’s unprocessed and natural honey products.

Drink enthusiasts can look forward to unique creations such as the Truffle – truffle honey blended with a mix of mandarin, coriander, and white chocolate; Milk & Honey – coconut blossom honey, fig leaf milk, and tonka beans; Carrot Pollen – pan fried baby carrots, bee pollen, sour cream, amongst others.
