Asian cocktail bar NATIVE will be hosting a spirits masterclass in partnership with Paper Lantern Distilling on Saturday 23 September 2017 at 1.30pm that will feature the latter’s Sichuan Pepper Gin.
Paper Lantern Distilling founders Rick and Simin on hand to share about their Sichuan Pepper Gin, which incorporates the use eight different Asian botanical including the spicy peppercorns normally found in Chinese Szechuan, Nepali and Tibetan cuisines, juniper, Thai ginger as well as a touch of Thai honey.
