Pollen has teamed up with Nagai Shuzo, makers of the the premium Mizubasho range of sakes, to create an exquisite sake and food pairing dinner that will take place on Friday 10 April and Saturday 11 April, 2015, from 6pm to 10pm.
The Nagai Style Sake Dinner will feature a variety of sakes, ranging from an aperitif to an astounding 10-year vintage sake; there’s also a Kijoshu, a dessert sake. The Mizubasho 2005 Vintage will be served in Singapore for the first time at this event – there are only a total of 600 bottles released each vintage (each bottle is numbered). Sake Master Noriyoshi Nagai, president of Nagai Shuzo, will also be present to share about brewery’s sakes.
It’s $280++ per head; spaces are limited to 50 persons per night.
